The Park Homeowner’s Association is happy you’ve chosen to call The Park home. Some helpful information is below to assist you with getting settled in. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Southwest Wichita
The Park neighborhood was established in late 1978 by developer Douglas Castleberry. The original development started on Glacier Drive and Teton Circle. It was named “The Park” due to the many trees that surrounded the neighborhood, and the streets within were then named after national parks.
Originally, the only entrance into the neighborhood was Pawnee St (a dirt road leading off of Tyler Rd) until Yosemite Dr was opened from Tyler. As The Park grew, entrances opened off south Maize Rd.
Resident Swimming Pools
Swimming pools are available to Park residents, and are located next to the neighborhood playground near Yellowstone St and Yosemite Dr. The gated pool area requires an access card for entry. Restrooms are available within the area.
The main swimming pool is a 40x25’ sport pool with two shallow ends (4’) and a deeper (6’) center. Two sets of steps are at one end, and two ladders in the center. The kiddie pool is 12x12’ and 3’ deep. No lifeguard on duty for either pool.
Premises are monitored 24 hrs. by high definition video surveillance. Dive into all the info, including open dates, hours, rules, and more.
Trash Service
The Park HOA has an agreement with Waste Connections for reduced trash service fees with no additional fuel/material surcharge.
95/65 gal cart – $45.78 per quarter (additional cart $24 quarter)
95 gal recycling cart – $35.10 per quarter

HOA Dues
HOA dues are $70 per quarter - bills with details are emailed to residents quarterly. Dues can be paid online (processing fee applies) with PayPal or credit/debit card, or by mailing a check to the Park Homeowners Association, PO Box 12682, Wichita KS 67277.
Residents are welcome to pay annually.
